…………
This is how I decided to study Early Childhood Education. Over the years, I continued working with children, both those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and those without special needs but with their own peculiarities and challenges.
During my career, I discovered that my way of connecting with each child was based on empathy and a constant effort to understand their individual needs. I was fully dedicated to helping them, whether on an educational, emotional, or social level. Additionally, I firmly believed in the importance of working closely with families to form a team that prioritized the child’s well-being.
Thanks to my training, practical experience, and sensitivity, I have developed a deep understanding of child behavior. I am able to identify their emotional and educational needs and implement effective strategies to modify inappropriate behaviors or promote positive ones.
In addition, I work closely with families, understanding that each child is part of a unique system. I offer guidance to parents seeking tools to manage their children's behaviors, creating solutions tailored to their specific circumstances. My goal is not only to address behavioral challenges but also to strengthen family bonds.
My commitment to continuous learning reflects my intention to keep expanding my knowledge and skills to provide even more comprehensive and specialized.
